The room was spacious and good and the staff amicable. My bed was comfortable. Its location was central, 700 feet from Greenbelt Mall. I had a very comfortable stay here and would definitely book again.

The staff at Tower Inn Makati Business Hotel were excellent, very friendly, and courteous. They truly embody the Filipino trait of being hospitable. The breakfast provided was satisfying, and the location of the hotel is great, very near to Ayala Mall. The bellman on the morning shift was extremely helpful and kind to all guests. The clean and comfortable rooms were worth the price, and the tapa breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and the people running it.

Drawbacks: However, the wifi in the room was not working, and it was only available in the lobby. Additionally, I wish the front desk staff were more approachable and had a friendlier attitude.

The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection in certain areas of the hotel. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this convenient hotel for a pleasant stay.
